Former Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Department of Justice, Member of the Strike Force Unit, prosecuting international organized crime and cybercrime investigations - USA

Mr. Valore (Juris Doctorate, Cleveland Marshal College of Law ’99), is the Managing Partner of the Cleveland, Ohio law firm of Valore & Gordillo, LLP.  Mr. Valore is also an Adjunct Professor of law at the Cleveland Marshal College of Law at Cleveland State University. – USA  He lead the Criminal Civil Rights unit prosecuting federal hate crimes and police excessive use of force cases.

Mr. Valore serves as on-air legal analyst for WKYC in Cleveland and has been featured as a legal expert on NBC’s The Today Show, CNN, Canada’s CTV and in the USA Today, domestically and internationally.  He also appears regularly as a criminal law analyst on MSNBC’s The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell. Mr. Valore has presented on federal anti-human trafficking laws and criminal civil rights and has lectured at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia on federal prosecutions of racially motivated hate crimes. He has participated in the U.S. Attorney General’s advisory committee on international organize crime and Cybercrime and was honored by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security with awards of excellence in prosecution.
