Krzysztof Szczerski – State Secretary in the Chancellery of the President of the Republic of Poland and an expert in the field of foreign policy, European integration and public administration. Member of Sejm in 2011-2015, he also served as a Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister of State in the Office of the Committee for European Integration in the government of Jarosław Kaczyński (2005-2007) and worked as a strategic advisor for Law and Justice party in the European Parliament. Apart from being a politician, Krzysztof Szczerski is also an accomplished scholar, professor of political science, employee of the Institute of Political Science and International Relations at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków, author of multiple books on European Union and bureaucracy. In 2012-2014 he was an editor-in-chief of conservative bimonthly magazine „Arcana”.
