Lawyer, manager with broad experience in public administration. Co-founder of the Druckiego Lubeckiego Institute and the former Secretary of State in the Ministry of Digital Affairs. He also worked in the legal department of the Center for Informatics Technology (COI), coordinated a team preparing legislative works in the Ministry of Justice, and last but not least, he supervised the creation of legal acts concerning the computerisation of the judiciary.
