Tomáš Maďar is a Research Fellow at the Association for International Affairs in Prague and a PhD canditate at the Department of Political Science of the Masaryk University in Brno. His main areas of interest are cyber security and cyber defence. His previous working experience includes NATO and the Czech Ministry of Defence.
