Trina Zwicker currently works for the United States European Command where she is Chief of International Cyber Engagements for the Joint Cyber Center.  Previously she worked for US Africa Command where she worked on security cooperation activities in Africa and also served as the Public-Private Partnership Branch Chief in the J9 Outreach Directorate.  Prior to working with the military, Trina’s work focused on refugee, asylum and migration issues for organizations spanning the range from NGOs to UN to US Government.  She has worked in Asia and the Middle East for US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) on Refugee and Asylum issues and worked in four African countries for CARE and other NGOs
