Expert, Security Policy Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs - Poland

 Mr. Stus is a Polish diplomat. His entire professional career is linked with security policy issues. Mr. Stus was dealing with crisis management and critical infrastructure protection in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration. He served then at the Permanent Representation of Poland to NATO as a civil emergency planning expert. From 2010 to 2015 Mr. Stus was a political counsellor for security policy and European issues at the Polish Embassy in London. In the Security Policy Department, MFA he is responsible for international aspects of cyber security. Mr. Stus represents Poland in the OSCE Informal Working Group on the Risk of Conflict Stemming for the Use of Information and Communication Technologies. He graduated from Warsaw University, Poland and Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies (GSICS), Kobe University, Japan.
